After sitting through years of compliance training sessions and taking note of how online, conference style and one-on-one training programs were flawed, it was clear the impact of teaching regulatory compliance was lacking. A tick the box policy was followed by all mainstream training organizations, and failed to produce desired results.
So a group of us got together to create a learning platform where experts could be innovative in their training approach to inspire people to learn about what are typically thought of as “boring” or “tough” topics. CEO & Co-Founder
Justin brings over 20 years of wide-ranging experience in compliance, training, and regulation in the financial services sector. Previously he served as GRC Solutions Head of North America Compliance Head, Bank of China’s Head of Compliance Training, Macquarie Group’s Head of Americas Compliance Training and JPMorgan Chase’s Compliance Training Manager. Justin also worked for FINRA, a US regulator, where he helped create Examiner University to train examiners on how to perform their function.

Dr. Andrew Aken is an entrepreneur, consultant, professor, speaker, cyber security SME, and software engineer. Andrew started his career at IBM focusing on internationalization & globalization. Andrew founded and ran a successful consulting company servicing the IT, application development, and cyber security needs of small & medium-sized enterprises, and has been a leader in the development of a Zero Trust strategy for one of the Big Four accounting firms.
Director, Strategic Partnerships
Financial professional with 20+ years of diverse experience in business development, operations, project planning, staff management, system integration, creative services, marketing, corporate communications, and regulatory compliance governance and processes. Dennis is known for developing strong relationships and personal credibility with functional stakeholders, enabling the development of effective business solutions. Technically competent in a landscape of rapidly changing technologies and with business strategies that require strong long-term vision and attention to detail.
Senior Compliance Manager
Crystal brings over 20 years of diverse experience in global compliance training programs, international and U.S. compliance and ethics. program implementation and management, and human resources management. Crystal also has a legal background working as a senior paralegal for several notable law firms, including a top AMLAW 100 and Global 200 law firm. Crystal spearheaded and implemented several compliance programs, including a global Learning Management System (LMS) and data integration, including developing training modules and course selections, a Global Compliance Program implementation, and successfully implemented a unanimous reporting Ethics Hotline and Incident Management System.
Creative Content Creator
A native of Austin, Texas, Dick brings two decades in the music production industry working nine years of Austin’s flagship FunFunFun Fest as well as various live music venues downtown; and after writing about local hot spots and music for publications such as The Austin American Statesman, his education and career landed him at Empire Control Room and Garage, a multi-stage, music venue in the Red River district of Austin where he worked as the lead videographer and lighting director for six years. The culmination of his work in editing, timing, and a passion for creative experiences brought his expertise to video editing across new platforms, and in 2020 he began working with tweezzle.
Director, Business Analytics
Nish Teckchandani has been an entrepreneur and a consultant in various industries for over 30 years. He worked at Finastra as a senior consultant at Citibank for 20 years, implementing their global payment system which processes over $5 trillion daily in 42 countries. Prior to that, he was the lead designer and developer of a credit derivative trading system at JP Morgan Chase. Over the years, Nish has represented over 25 small businesses, helping raise capital from banks. He has a bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a double MBA in finance and computer systems.

Robert A. Giacalone
Robert A. Giacalone, Ph.D. is The Raymond and Eleanor Smiley Chair in Business Ethics and the Director of The Ginn Institute for Corporate Social Responsibility. He has edited and authored 10 books and over 160 articles on business ethics, social responsibility and values, impression management, and exit interviewing. He has been a consultant for many organizations in different sectors, including the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, PERSEREC, (a security division of the U.S. Department of Defense), Bell Atlantic, Carter-Wallace, Wheat First Butcher Singer/Wachovia Securities, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
Donald J. Gorber
Don has a PhD in Chemical Engineering is a Notary Public in Ontario and is a Registered Professional Engineer across Canada with over 49 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. He is founder and President of Independent Environmental Consultants (IEC) since its beginning in 2015. Prior to forming IEC, he was the Founding President and Director of Environmental Assessment and Sustainability of SENES Consultants Limited until 2015, when he sold the company to a large conglomerate. Don’s technical specializations are environmental assessment (EA), auditing, sustainability and strategic planning which have involved management and co-ordination of multi-disciplinary projects, environmental monitoring programs, licensing, government and public liaison, Indigenous engagement, expert testimony, training and sustainable development. He has been involved with the EA process since its inception in Canada. Over the last 40 plus years, he has led more than 100 environmental assessment projects at all levels of government globally. Don has also worked extensively with First Nations and Metis on a variety of projects either as clients or on behalf of government and industrial proponents.
Pamela Perdue is a serial entrepreneur at the intersection of banking, regulatory and technology. In addition to her current role serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Heritage Southeast Bank, Pam previously founded or co-founded four regtech ventures: Compliance Compass, Compliance Coach, My Compliance Info and Continuity. A former Federal Reserve examiner, she has collected financial institution visits like tourists collect refrigerator magnets. Pam has visited over 1600 banks or credit unions in a supervisory or consulting capacity, and worked with tens of thousands more as a technology partner over her 30+ year career. Pam has served in C-level roles at banks ranging from startup/de novo stage to global organizations.
In Austria, Germany and NYC in the mid 80s and 90s, Lisa traded for large wholesale banks. In the mid 2000’s, Lisa was the number two hire for a German, web -based trading platform; she then spent time, a full year at an FX, treasury and cash management company where she learned the true meaning of “vaporware.” Lisa founded Strategic Exchanges Innovative Markets in July 2011, a consortium comprised of solution providers that focus on various components of the trade life cycle. Lisa’s initial focus was on regulatory impacts and has since morphed into digital transformation as market participants grapple for more holistic approaches to the inefficiencies of financial market investments and trading.
Trish has worked with, and within, Banking, Retail and Education environments for over 25 years. She is an active advisor and works with corporate trainers across the U.S., Canada, and Europe on how to Energize, Optimize, and most importantly, Capitalize on growth opportunities in their industry. She is a financial and retail specialist in payments, strategy, sales, and execution and has worked for community and regional banks.
